Camille Grammer filed a divorce petition in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday. According to court documents, Camille’s attorney, Neal Hersh, filed for joint legal custody but primary physical custody of the couples two children. The two were married for nearly thirteen years.

The former Frasier star and the former Playboy model released a statement through their joint representative saying “Kelsey and Camille value privacy. They understand that private lives sometimes get played out in public but ask on this occasion that their privacy – and the privacy of their children – be respected.”
