Failure to Pay Child Support Leads to Prison

Kenneth Firestone was sentenced to a year and a day in prison by U.S. District Judge David Ezra. After his release, he will be under supervision for 3 years.

Firestone has failed to pay child support for over ten years to his three children. He will be required to pay $209,000 in restitution in addition to all the child support payments which had been missed. In addition, Firestone has another child from a separate marriage which he is responsible for as well.
